Product Description

Lactated Ringer’s Injection is a classic balanced isotonic electrolyte solution.
 
It contains physiological concentrations of sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride and lactate, matches human body electrolyte composition closely. It effectively replenishes body fluid loss, corrects electrolyte disturbance, maintains acid-base balance and circulatory stability. Widely used in clinical emergency, surgery, internal medicine and trauma resuscitation.

Indications

  • Fluid and electrolyte replacement for dehydration
  • Trauma, burn, hemorrhage and shock fluid resuscitation
  • Perioperative intraoperative and postoperative fluid support
  • Correction of mild metabolic acidosis
  • Maintenance of daily parenteral fluid and electrolyte supply

Administration

Only for intravenous drip infusion. Infusion rate and volume adjusted according to patient age, weight, dehydration degree, cardiac and renal function. For clinical use under medical monitoring.

Storage

Store sealed in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and freezing. Do not use if solution is cloudy, precipitated or package damaged.

Warnings

  • Use cautiously in patients with heart failure, renal insufficiency, hyperkalemia and hypercalcemia.
  • Avoid rapid large-volume infusion to prevent circulatory overload and pulmonary edema.
  • Not suitable for severe lactic acidosis patients.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
