Products by Therapeutic Area

At a glance

  • 186 finished dosage forms are grouped into 14 therapeutic areas, and every product is listed in exactly one area, so the same molecule is not counted twice.
  • Each area cites the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines (24th List, September 2025) or MSF medical guidelines where a relevant entry exists; 19 distinct sources are cited across the set and each one is linked.
  • Where no WHO or MSF position applies to a product category, the page says so plainly rather than implying an endorsement it does not have.
  • Dosage forms covered: sterile injections, tablets, capsules, eye drops, suppositories, oral suspensions, syrups, granules and medical consumables.
  • Every therapeutic-area page carries its own product table, specification checklist, documentation summary and buyer FAQs, so a requirement can be qualified without leaving the page.

02Which published guidance each area is mapped to

The Model List is a statement by WHO about medicines, not about any manufacturer. Where a category has no relevant WHO or MSF entry we say so, rather than borrowing authority we do not have.

03How to send us a requirement

Five things that let us come back with a usable quotation instead of a list of questions.

Name the molecule precisely

Give the INN, the salt or ester form and the strength — for example artesunate, 60 mg, lyophilised injection rather than just “artesunate”. Salt form and strength drive both the monograph and the price.

State the dosage form and pack size

Tablet, capsule, injection, eye drop, suppository, suspension, syrup or granule, plus the pack count and any blister or vial configuration your market requires.

Say where the goods are going

Destination country and whether you need registration support documents. Marketing-authorisation requirements differ sharply by market and shape the dossier we prepare.

Attach the tender or specification

If you are responding to a tender or working to a national formulary, send the document. We will map it against the relevant therapeutic area and flag any line we cannot meet.

Give quantity and required date

Order quantity, target delivery date and Incoterm. This determines whether we quote from stock or schedule a production batch, and it is the single biggest driver of lead time.

04Questions buyers ask

6 answers covering how to navigate this index and what happens after you send a requirement.

How do I find the right therapeutic area for a molecule?
Use the 14 cards above if you already know the clinical category. If you are working from a molecule list or a tender document instead, send it to us and we will map each line to the relevant area and confirm availability, pack sizes and lead time in one reply.
Can I combine products from several therapeutic areas on one order?
Yes. The grouping is a way of presenting the catalogue, not a restriction on how you buy. A single purchase order can mix injectables, tablets and consumables from different areas, and we will consolidate the documentation pack so the COAs match the delivery.
Do you supply WHO Essential Medicines List products only?
No. The Model List is used on these pages as a reference for clinical relevance and for the published guidance around each molecule. It is not a filter on our catalogue and it is not an endorsement of us: inclusion on the list is a statement by WHO about medicines, not about any manufacturer.
What documentation comes with a quotation?
A quotation is followed by the certificate of analysis for the specific batch, stability data, the GMP certificate for the manufacturing site, a DMF or dossier package where one exists, and registration support documents for national marketing-authorisation filings. Tell us the destination market and we will confirm exactly which of these apply.
How is the 186 figure arrived at?
It is the count of distinct product listings in our finished dosage forms catalogue on the review date shown above. Each listing appears in exactly one therapeutic area, so nothing is double-counted across areas and the product counts in the table add up to 186. Where a presentation ships as a single pack — a co-packaged combination, for example — it is one listing, not two.
Can I request a quotation for a product that is not listed here?
Yes, and it is worth asking. This index covers the finished dosage forms in our catalogue as of the review date, not the full extent of what we can quote. Send the molecule, strength and dosage form together with your pack size and destination market, and we will confirm whether it is in our catalogue or in development — and say so plainly if it is neither.

Not sure which area covers your requirement?

Send us the molecule list or the tender document and we will map it to the right group and confirm availability, pack sizes, documentation and lead time.
