Get in touch
Send the specification, pack configuration, quantity and destination market — and you will get a priced answer that names the documentation set in the same reply.
Send an enquiry
Enquiries that name the destination market and the documentation you need are routed directly to the regulatory contact rather than through a general mailbox.
Office hours 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8), Monday to Friday. Written enquiries are answered within one working day.
What to include so we can quote accurately
The fastest way to a usable quotation is to send the specification, not just the product name. A message that includes the points below usually gets a priced answer in one round instead of three.
- Product and strength — the active substance and the strength or concentration you intend to register, in the base or salt form.
- Dosage form and presentation — tablet, capsule, injection, oral liquid, sachet or device; and the container if it matters.
- Pack configuration — blister or bottle, count per pack, units per carton, and whether you need your own artwork.
- Quantity — trial or registration quantity, first commercial order, or annual tender volume.
- Destination market — the country of import, because it decides the labelling language, the documentation set and the registration route.
- Monograph and release tests — USP, EP, BP or CP, and any additional test your authority expects.
- Documentation required — COA only, or the full CTD dossier and the site master file.
Which enquiries we handle
- Commercial quotations — product, pack, quantity and Incoterm, with lead time.
- Registration and dossier requests — dossier modules, GMP certificate, site master file and authority-question responses.
- Tenders and framework agreements — line items, pack sizes, pre-qualification questionnaires and sample logistics.
- Technical and quality queries — specifications, method of analysis, stability data, and deviations or customer complaints.
- Supplier audits — audit scheduling and the documentation pack you will want to review.
What happens after you write to us
- We confirm whether the specification can be met, and flag any point where we cannot commit before you build a tender around it.
- We return a quotation stating unit price, pack, lead time and the documentation that ships with the batch.
- For registration orders, the dossier route and sample quantity are agreed in writing, including who files and in which market.
- Before shipment we issue the pre-shipment documents for your review; the certificate of analysis and the batch documents then travel with the goods.
Questions buyers ask
Can we get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Registration samples and pre-order evaluation samples are quoted alongside the commercial offer, with the documentation that accompanies them stated in advance.
Do you supply documents before the goods ship?
Yes. The draft certificate of analysis, packing list and the compliance documents for the destination market are sent for review before dispatch.
How do we raise a quality complaint?
Send the batch number, the certificate of analysis reference and the observed result. Complaints are handled by the same quality contact who released the batch, with a written response and, where warranted, a formal investigation report.
