Amoxicillin 500mg Tablet is a semi‑synthetic penicillin broad‑spectrum antibiotic. It inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis and exerts strong bactericidal effects against a wide range of Gram‑positive and Gram‑negative susceptible bacteria. It features fast oral absorption, stable efficacy and good tolerance.
Indications
- Upper & lower respiratory tract infections: pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia
- Otitis media
- Urinary and genital tract bacterial infections
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Oral, dental and mild abdominal bacterial infections
Directions For Use
Oral administration, swallow whole with water.
May be taken with or without food.
Complete the full course as prescribed by a physician. Do not stop abruptly.
Storage
Store sealed in a cool dry place, protect from light and moisture.
Warnings
- Contraindicated in patients with penicillin hypersensitivity.
- Not effective for viral infections such as colds.
