Product Description
Fluconazole is a synthetic triazole broad‑spectrum antifungal drug. It inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis, damages fungal cell membrane structure and permeability, and exerts potent fungistatic and fungicidal effects. It features wide antifungal spectrum, good tissue penetration, stable efficacy and high safety, suitable for intravenous treatment of superficial and deep systemic fungal infections.
Indications
- Systemic candidiasis: candidemia, disseminated candidiasis
- Cryptococcal meningitis and pulmonary cryptococcosis
- Mucocutaneous candidiasis, oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis
- Prevention of fungal infection in immunocompromised patients
- Gynecological severe fungal infection
Administration
For intravenous drip infusion only. Infusion rate should be slow; dosage and course of treatment based on infection type, severity and patient condition, follow physician prescription strictly.
