Product Description
Heparin Sodium is a natural mucopolysaccharide anticoagulant. It enhances the activity of antithrombin III, inhibits multiple coagulation factors, blocks the formation of fibrin clots, and prevents platelet aggregation. It delivers rapid anticoagulant effect, widely used in clinical prevention and treatment of thrombosis, as well as anticoagulation during surgery, hemodialysis and extracorporeal circulation.
Indications
- Prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism
- Anticoagulation during hemodialysis, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal circulation
- Prevention of perioperative thromboembolism
- Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)
- Adjuvant treatment of arterial thrombotic diseases
Administration
For subcutaneous injection or slow intravenous injection / infusion. Dosage is individualized by body weight, clinical condition and coagulation function. Must be used under medical supervision with regular monitoring of coagulation indexes.
