Product Description

Levofloxacin Lactate belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of synthetic broad‑spectrum antibiotics. It inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, blocking bacterial DNA replication and transcription, showing strong bactericidal effect against a wide range of Gram-positive, Gram-negative and atypical pathogenic bacteria. Intravenous infusion formulation, rapid onset, high tissue distribution, widely used in clinical systemic bacterial infections.

Indications

  • Respiratory tract infections: pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis
  • Urinary and reproductive system infections
  • Skin and soft tissue infections
  • Gastrointestinal bacterial infections
  • Biliary tract and pelvic inflammatory bacterial infections
  • Perioperative anti-infection prophylaxis

Administration

  • Only for intravenous drip infusion
  • Slow intravenous infusion, infusion time not less than 60 minutes per bottle
  • Dosage and treatment course based on infection severity, patient age and renal function, follow doctor’s prescription strictly
  • Not for intramuscular injection or bolus intravenous injection
