Product Description

Human Insulin Injection is short‑acting regular human insulin. It acts rapidly after subcutaneous injection, peaks within a short time, and effectively controls postprandial blood glucose. It is the standard mealtime insulin for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, also applicable for intravenous use in emergency hyperglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis. Two packaging forms: 3ml cartridge for insulin pen daily use; 10ml vial for multiple-dose hospital and clinical use.

Indications

  • Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
  • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus unresponsive to oral hypoglycemic agents
  • Postprandial blood glucose regulation
  • Emergency management of hyperglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis
  • Perioperative blood glucose control in diabetic patients

Administration

  • Subcutaneous injection for routine mealtime use
  • Can be used by intravenous infusion in critical clinical conditions
  • 3ml cartridge: compatible with standard insulin pen
  • 10ml vial: for syringe injection or hospital dispensing
  • Dosage and injection frequency individualized by physician based on blood glucose level
