Artesunate + Pyronaridine Granules is an oral combination antimalarial preparation containing Artesunate 20mg and Pyronaridine 60mg per sachet of granules. Artesunate is a semi-synthetic derivative of artemisinin, a fast-acting antimalarial compound. Pyronaridine is a Mannich base antimalarial agent structurally related to quinines. The combination is an Artemisinin-based Combination Therapy (ACT), designed to provide rapid parasite clearance while reducing the risk of resistance development.
